Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by invoice from Nextgendatatools. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Self-paced Field Seat purchases and live Ledger Cohort seats follow the rules below unless your invoice states otherwise.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module (or attended more than one live session for cohort seats). After that window, partial refunds may be considered only as described below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) the request arrives within 14 days, (b) course progress is within the limit above, and (c) downloadable worksheet packs have not been redistributed. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date.

Partial refunds

Between day 15 and the midpoint of a live cohort, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of tuition if documented hardship prevents attendance, less any non-recoverable venue or facilitator costs. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom case preparation already delivered for Portfolio Desk, on-site travel booked at your request, and completed private consulting hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@nextgendatatools.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellations by learner

You may cancel enrollment by email. Timing relative to the cohort start determines whether the request is treated as a refund under this policy or as a transfer credit valid for nine months.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of Taiwan(China) that cannot be waived remain available. If those rights provide a stronger remedy than this policy, the stronger remedy applies.
